Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t blindly process orders online with shopping carts. There must be some interaction via phone, fax, email or a combination of all three in order to properly communicate your wants and needs. Get in touch with us by the method of your choice so we can design a name badge or Photo ID that you’ll be proud to wear.

Minimum Order of ONE

	Order when you want to, not when you reach a minimum order quantity

Quantity Discounts

	We reward our customers for larger orders
	Our price grid reflects savings applied to larger orders at specific increments

Save Money on Re-orders for Six Months

	Our re-order discount policy allows you to re-order at the same spot in the price grid as your initial or largest order
	Save money on smaller re-orders, upon request we’ll ship four badges or less in a bubble mailer at a reduced rate

Customer Order File

We create a customer file with your badge design and store it electronically, along with the technical specifications used to create your badge. We do this for the purpose of facilitating reorders. This file is created and maintained at no additional cost to you. "We value your business!"

Design Copyright and Promotional Use

Unless notified in writing at the time your order is placed, Hartford Badges retains the copyright to all custom badge designs it creates. Hartford Badges also reserves the right to use items produced as customer samples, in point of sale displays, in advertising material and on our web site
