Rush OrdersWe make every effort to complete most orders in two to three business days. Large orders will of course take longer. If you need a rush order, please contact us for details regarding extra production charges and overnight shipping costs. We use FedEx, UPS or Express Mail for our expedited shipping.

Artwork / Setup ChargesThere are no setup charges on re-orders of the same design. You are not liable for any Artwork / Setup charge until you have approved a design. We are so confident that you’ll like our work, that we offer our Risk Free Design Program. You will have only "one" of the charges below related to the product you order: Name Badges and Visitor Badges Orders 25 pieces and under the Artwork / Setup Charge is $30 Orders over 25 pieces the Artwork / Setup Charge is $25 Orders for our "Standard Badges" - those with an item number Text only addition to a "Standard Badge" has no setup charge Addition of a logo to a "Standard Badge" is $20 Photo ID and Membership Cards Artwork / Setup Charge is $30 Very simple designs may have Artwork / Setup charge reduced at our discretion. Please be advised that the proofs we provide during the design process are actual scanned product, we do not produce "paper proofs". Please provide your modifications in groups, not one at a time. Excessive revisions and extremely complex designs will be charged extra, you will be notified if this applies to your order.
Shipping and Handling ......... $6.00 per order in most casesOur standard shipping is done by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation service for $6.00 for orders under one pound. Orders one to two pounds will be $6.50 to $11.50 depending on location. All orders over two pounds will be quoted on a case by case basis. Tracking numbers and Delivery Confirmation are available with Priority Mail. Small orders to local addresses are shipped First Class in a bubble mailer for just $3.50. Re-orders of four badges or less may be shipped First Class in a bubble mailer for $3.50. Expedited shipments are charged the additional cost. Most orders are completed in two to three business days.
We will make every effort to maintain these prices for the entire year. Pricing may be subject to change if the Postal Service increases their rates or our suppliers significantly alter the cost of our raw materials.
OrderingDue to the custom nature of our products, we don’t blindly process orders online with shopping carts. There must be some interaction via phone, fax, email or a combination of all three in order to properly communicate your wants and needs. Get in touch with us by the method of your choice so we can design a name badge or photo ID that you’ll be proud to wear.
