If you want to design your own badge or ID card follow these general guidelines:

The actual size of the PVC Blank is 3.375 x 2.125" (same as a credit card). If you want to use the full size, leave some white space around your design.

Submit your artwork as a .tiff or .jpeg file, .tiff is preferred due to the higher resolution. Let us know which font(s) you used. If we don’t have one of them you’ll need to Include the font file for an exact match.

Please contact us for detailed instructions on creating compatible artwork files.  Do not create your designs in PowerPoint, Word or Excel - these cannot produce files that are compatible with our production system.

If you want badges for a list of names, include a graphic file with a name shown, and a graphic file without the name. Include a text or excel file with the names.
